Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides executive support to the CEO, Board of Directors and Executive management. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts on all matters pertaining to the CEO. Handles private and confidential correspondence, records minutes and other assignments. Screens telephone calls, schedules appointments and prepares correspondence.
Essential Duties :
- Prepare and distribute correspondence for CEO and Executive management
- Maintain corporate files and proper filing of all correspondence
- Answer phones and take messages
- Maintain confidentiality
- Organize, assemble and upload documents for management and the Board including monthly Board package.
- Attend monthly Board of Director meetings and transcribe minutes
- Attend quarterly Audit and Risk Management meetings and transcribe minutes
- Plan annual stockholder meeting, customer appreciation events, and other corporate events as may arise
- Assist with employee and Bank events
- Responsible for accurately maintaining corporate records and minutes
- Order office supplies for executive management
- Handle all reservations and registrations for CEO and Executive Team as well as making travel arrangements, hotel reservations, meals and any executive appointments
- Process expense reports for CEO and Executive Team
- Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings
- Create and maintain a courteous and professional relationship with co-workers while maintaining timely and prompt daily attendance

High school diploma or equivalency (GED)Working Conditions :
