Job Description
The role of Superintendent involves overseeing daily construction site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining project schedule and timelines, monitoring quality control and workmanship, managing tilt-up panel erection and sequencing, communicating with project managers and stakeholders, conducting site inspections and progress reporting, resolving on-site issues and conflicts, and enforcing construction plans and specifications.
