Senior Business Consultant

As we expand our Enterprise Customer Success operations in AMER, we are seeking a talented Sr Business Consultant to join our Americas AEC Technical Advisory team to work with Autodesk's largest customers.
Responsibilities include :
- Working closely with clients to develop their digital strategies.
- Defining criteria for success, assessing current process and project performance.
- Creating business value justification for initiatives.
- Preparing to implement solutions that produce meaningful business results.
- Working with Autodesk's largest customers to define approaches to the application of BIM and emerging technologies.
- Creating and maintaining high value client relationships.
- Working with the Autodesk Technical Advisory Project Management team to ensure delivery against the Customer Success Plan.
- Shaping the Autodesk Technical Advisory service offering.
- Working with specialists within Autodesk to support and shape the Autodesk product offering.
- Being a trusted partner to customers and internal Autodesk teams.
- Helping Autodesk customers guide transformational change by applying change management methodologies.
- Leading facilitated workshops with Autodesk customers.
- Leading or helping create high-quality design, engineering, and operational management for customers.
- Defining and tracking the value of solutions delivered to customers.
- Participating in the development of new and expanded offerings.
- Building the Autodesk Consulting brand.
- Leading project delivery efforts.
- Advising on project estimation and participating in business development activities.
This is a remote role. You will report to the Manager of Consulting Services for Buildings and Infrastructure in the Americas.
Minimum qualifications include :
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or related degree.At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Buildings - MEP industry.At least 3 years of experience working on business improvement initiatives.Excellence in strategic thinking, innovation, program management, change management, business process optimization, and communications.Ability to facilitate customer workshops.Initiative and ability to drive decisions and closure on issues.Proven ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project management teams.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Willingness to travel up to 30% to Autodesk events and customer meetings.Preferred qualifications include :
Strong knowledge of Building MEP design, engineering, construction, and management industry practices.Experience in defining and delivering on business strategy.Advanced experience leveraging Autodesk products.Experience in driving change at the enterprise level.
