Job Description

A Day in the Life of a Property Good Hands Repair Network Inside Technician :

The Property Good Hands Repair Network Inside Technician, analyzes, and processes mitigation invoices for payment to ensure accurate payment amount. The individual delivers compassionate service that is fast, fair and easy to ensure customer retention. The individual works independently, prioritizing the individual's own responsibilities, and managing the individual's own workload. The individual also consistently meets job level behaviors, production, quality, and / or customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Uses technical skills experience to ensure invoices reviewed are timely and proper.
• Researches and responds to moderately complex and occasionally complex customer / vendor communications, concerns, conflicts or issues.

Training Schedule - M-F 8-4 : 30 in local time zone.

After Training - M-F 8-4 : 30 with Saturday rotation duty.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $50,000.00 - 82,542.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
