Key Responsibilities
Champion product management and deployments for assigned accounts
Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, developing strategic technical account plans
Drive resolution of escalations and perform quarterly systems health checks and reviews
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years in Technical Support or 4+ years as a Technical Account Manager
Documented experience in web / network / information security industries
Minimum of 4 years with Cloud or Security or Network products
Proven ability to manage complex implementation and technical escalations
Demonstrated experience with Internet Security and Networking Technologies
