Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, Remote, Community Resource Coordinator in Los Angeles!

The Community Resource Coordinator II supports members by connecting them to essential health and community resources that address both medical and social needs. This role helps improve health outcomes through outreach, education, and personalized support. You will engage members by phone, virtually, and occasionally in person at community events such as health fairs.

Community Resource Coordinator Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $23 / hr
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Community Resource Coordinator Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PST (training for ~4 weeks); may flex one weekend half-day per month with advance notice
