As we expand our reach, we're looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager who is passionate about storytelling, brand building, and cultivating community, both in English and Spanish.

Role Overview

We're looking for a strategic and culturally fluent Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead and execute our content, social, and community strategy. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of beauty and lifestyle branding who can write, communicate, and create in both English and Spanishand who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

You'll collaborate closely with internal creative, eCommerce, and leadership teams to bring campaigns to life and engage a growing, values-driven audience.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Own the day-to-day management of our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn)
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand launches, campaigns, and cultural moments
• Write captions and manage community engagement in both English and Spanish
• Monitor social trends and platform performance to optimize content
• Campaign Execution & Brand Voice
• Collaborate with the internal creative team and founder on marketing campaigns that reflect brand values and storytelling
• Ensure messaging is consistently on-brand and culturally relevant
• Support content creation needs including UGC sourcing, photoshoot planning, and short-form creative
