Job Description
IDB Bank is seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer with a strong background in Java and MuleSoft products in a high-volume professional environment. This role involves working closely with onshore / offshore teams.

Compensation
The expected annual salary is between $120,000 and $140,000 at the start of employment. Salary offers are individualized based on skills and experience. The total rewards package includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical / dental / vision plans, life and disability insurance, wellness programs, retirement contributions, generous holiday and paid time off, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
