Content / Copy Manager (Supplements) - Health & Wellness - Remote (CA)

Stingray Direct is a direct-to-consumer, large-scale, performance-based e-commerce company. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content / Copy Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will manage our multi-channel content strategy and execution. A creative and data-driven individual who can develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy to engage our target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive growth for multiple brands.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our online presence and connecting with our community. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have experience managing content and teams in the health and wellness / beauty industry.

This role reports directly to the CEO and will support all Omni-channel brand initiatives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and participate in creating engaging and captivating content for all digital platforms, including E-commerce, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, E-mail, Blogs, and emerging platforms what’s next?
• Provide guidance on which channels to use for content delivery and measure customer engagement to assess the effectiveness of the content strategy.
• Drive content and asset development (strategy, brief, and delivery) across all touchpoints, including earned, paid media, email, social media, and owned and partner websites and marketplaces.
• Oversee the planning, creation, editing, and publishing of all content, including website copy, blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and social media content.

Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimized for engagement and conversion.

• Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and plagiarism.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence that builds authority in science and style.
• Manage the quarterly content calendar, pitching topics, themes, and ideas, and build annually alongside the email and marketing team.

Monitor and improve on content performance goals, KPIs, and measurables.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand values and goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and platforms, incorporating them into the overall strategy.
• Maintain brand authenticity and exceed current quality standards.
• Ability to review FDA / FTC guidelines across all content forms.

Capabilities & Skills Required :

• Must be Located in California.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in content management and copy delivery.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing principles such as content and conversion funnels, website optimization for SEO rankings, and audience segmentation.
• Experience in overseeing integrated content strategy, workflows, and optimizations, all with SEO ranking and traffic as critical objectives.
• Experience deploying multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, video content, media pitching, and more.
• Experience in applying data insights to content decisions.
• Proven track record of managing and producing high-quality and engaging content.
• Proven ability to write and edit effective ad copy for Google, social media, email, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, platforms, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven track record writing and devising excellent content about a variety of topics.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Previous experience and familiarity working with external content creators, including contracting, supervising, and evaluating content work.
