Job Description : We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Estimator to join our expanding sales team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our sales department, working closely with our clients to provide accurate cost estimates and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients to understand their unique project requirementsAnalyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for powder coating and wet paint applicationsAble to read and understand engineered drawings, plans, isometrics, and technical specifications to accurately estimate projectsManage all customer and supplier information on the CRM function of our Emax ERP systemFull preparation of sales quotations liaising with peers and group manufacturing teamsProvide technical guidance and recommendations to clients during the quotation processSupport quality control procedures to align with industry standards and client expectationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, material costs and manufacturing processesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliersAbout You : Proven experience as a Coatings Estimator, preferably within the powder coating industryStrong technical knowledge of paint systems, including both powder coating and wet paint technologiesProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamFully conversant in ERP or MRP systems with a complete understanding of manufacturing routesProficiency in relevant software and tools Microsoft Office, CAD software)What We Offer : Competitive salary, with the confidence of working for a company with a long history of profitable growth and ambitious plans for the futureWorking for an agile group with a lean structure, who pride ourselves with staff tenureOpportunities for professional growth and developmentThe chance to work with a diverse range of clients and industriesThe opportunity to make a significant impact within a reputable companyIf you are a self-driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for coating estimating, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Impress Group team.
