We are a Behavioral Health group specializing in substance use disorder and co-occurring issues. Our facility strives to provide the highest quality of care, using evidence-based treatment, medical staff, and licensed therapists.

The Clinician works under the supervision of the Clinical Director and collaborates to meet the needs of the client within the scope of the role.

The Clinician assists in direct client care, provides environmental support and facilitates client safety on both the detox and residential units.

The Clinician has successfully completed and maintains competencies in role specific skills. The Clinician provides an environment supportive of the client and family centered model of care.

Requirements

  • Experience and passion working with clients struggling with substance abuse
  • Master's degree in Human Service or related field (Social Work, Psychology / Counseling)
  • Licensure in state of OK, (preferred Licensure : LADC, LPC, or LCSW or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Provides individual group and family therapy, in a safe, efficient and respectful manner
  • Collects, records, and communicates the client's clinical data to the MDT in a timely manner
  • Maintains patient and family confidentially at all times
  • Responds to patient and family requests promptly,
  • Works closely with case management team, aftercare team and nursing team on client aftercare and case management tasks
  • Performs and documents patients admission, transfer, and discharge tasks as requested
  • Promotes quality, safety, regulatory and patient and family satisfaction
  • Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed
  • Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
  • Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
  • Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.
  • Involves and advises family members when appropriate.
  • Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
  • Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.
  • Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
  • Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Location : Oklahoma City, OK; onsite
