Job Description
As an EHS coordinator you will :
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and environmental audits across the facility.
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs to promote employee awareness and safe work practices.
- Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, air emissions, and water usage, ensuring sustainability goals are met.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement in safety culture and environmental performance.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Applicant :
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in EHS coordination or similar roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal and state regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to influence safety culture at all levels.
