Description :
The EHS Manager is responsible for Health & Safety compliance for all Massachusetts locations as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of R&D sites in Cambridge and Worcester, MA. As the H&S lead, this role will support the implementation of the management system to ensure all H&S compliance activities are performed and tracked. Additionally, as the operational lead for R&D locations, he / she will be required build productive working relationships with scientific staff and leadership while implementing and executing appropriate lab programs.

The annual base salary range for this position is $104,506 - $151,742
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the annual base salary pay range for this position at the time of posting. Actual annual base salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, position criticality, and internal equity. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and discretionary stock-based long-term incentives.
