Strategic Operations Manager
This highly impactful and visible role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and serving as a trusted advisor to a functional SVP leader in executing the team's vision and running the daily team's operations. The person in this role applies a strategy, operations, and delivery mindset to bring strategic planning & communication, project management, stakeholder management, and leadership to ensure that the organization's goals are defined, monitored, and achieved effectively and efficiently.
Your Day To Day
- Drive disciplined execution through exceptional organization, structure, and follow-through to turn conversations & plans into tangible outcomes
- Orchestrate organizational planning and priority-setting in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment and effective execution across teams
- Lead with a hands-on, organized approach that brings clarity, discipline, and momentum to complex initiatives - managing functional-wide project planning and overseeing timely, on-budget delivery by coordinating resources and mitigating risks
- Analyze market and technology trends to inform strategy, while creating executive communications to drive clarity, buy-in, and progress tracking
- Implement clear structure and drive process improvements and KPI development to optimize operations, measure success, and identify areas for growth
- Foster leadership alignment and a supportive culture through meeting facilitation, goal-setting, recognition, and cross-functional collaboration on key initiatives
What We Need From You
8+ years of progressive experience, including 3 years in strategy, project / product management, product development, marketing, or operationsProven expertise in strategic planning, project management, and leadership, with strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and build consensus across organizational levelsDemonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams while managing confidential information with senior executivesProduct mindset proficiency focused on delivering customer value, iterative improvement, data-driven decision-making, and aligning business goals with user needsLocation Atlanta GA (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)
The salary range for this role is $138,942 to $175,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable).
