Enrollment Intern

This is a paid in-person internship in our Grand Rapids Service Center office. The duration of the internship is early-February through early August. In This Role:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Enrollment Operations Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment process for all of our students. You will report directly to the Manager of Enrollment Operations and work closely with other team members to support various administrative and operational tasks.

Some tasks may include:

• Process Applications: Review and process new student applications and enrollment forms.
• Respond to Inquiries: Be the first point of contact for families and students by responding to website inquiries.
• Perform Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain student information in our systems.
• Provide Team Support: Assist the Enrollment Operations team with administrative duties and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Working towards a degree in marketing, business, or education.
• Communicates well one-on-one, in small groups, and both verbally and in writing.
• A person who is highly organized, pays close attention to detail and maintains good time management.
• Ability to use technology to be productive and efficient. Will work in different systems including our applicant tracking system (Oracle), Microsoft Office Suite, online job boards, CRM, and other online tools.
• A results-oriented “go-getter and achiever” who is able to work independently and as a team player.
• Can manage multiple tasks and keep organized.

What We Offer You:

• 40 hours/week
• Onsite Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• $15.50/hour
