Job description
A company is looking for a Web Development Manager to lead a team in creating high-quality web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and driving technical excellence
Architect and implement scalable web solutions using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Collaborate with product managers and designers to develop technical roadmaps and oversee hosting and infrastructure
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing a web development team with a successful project delivery track record
Deep expertise in WordPress development and strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page SEO practices
Experience with hosting platforms and web analytics tools
A strong portfolio showcasing past web development work
