JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for marketing strategy, analyzing trends, customer needs and satisfaction.
- Strategic planning and expanding market.
- Forecasting and analyzing sales, problems, obstacles effecting monthly sales.
- Development of new business relationship with Property Industry, Health Industry
- Identify new target customers, both potential and existing ones, and approach those customers for sales opportunity.
- Responsible for negotiating and closing the sales with customers.
- To manage customers and prospective and to generate and cultivate new prospects for commercial business.
- To achieve monthly sales target and develop new business prospect.
- To manage, maintain and grow the business and develop new relationships with customer.
- Manage and Control Sales KPI.
- Manage and Control Pricing and Margin
- Create Annual, Monthly and Weekly Target
- Manage, Maintain and Expand Client Relationship (Business Partner)
- Customer Relationship Management
- Other as assign by Manager
REQUIREMENTS :
- Male / Female
- Bachelor Degree (Business Management or related)
- Age between 30-40
- Have sales experience in Commercial business (B2B)
- Familiar with territory and near by city
- Have experience in Management Level and strong leadership
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (Speaking and Writing)
- Good computer literacy
- Able to travel up country
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and good team player
- Experience in Real Estate / Fitness industry field will be an advantage
