Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM (with occasional flexibility to open at 7 : 30 AM or close at 7 : 00 PM)

As a Full-Time Office Associate (IV) you will coordinate and support the clerical and administrative functions of the front desk. Your organization attention to detail and customer-centered mindset will enhance the offices efficiency productivity and overall public image. This role requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. What makes a great Office Associate (IV)
To succeed in this role candidates should bring :
Three (3) years of clerical or secretarial experience in an office setting
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and familiarity with internet and web-based platforms (e.g. Zoom)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
A customer-focused approach strong organizational skills and comfort working with technology will help you thrive in this dynamic and impactful position.
