The Strategic Alignment (SA) team, as part of the Alignment, Contracts, and Supply Chain Legal (AXL) organization, is a crucial business partner for integration / alignment in strategies, processes, and execution of contracts for our customers most critical programs. We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Contracts leadership role supporting our Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This position will offer an opportunity to expand your breadth of experience in Contracts and Supply Chain, while engaging across multiple programs on broad, complex, and strategic challenges to meet our business objectives.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
