This position is designated as Hybrid - Fully Flexible and expected to work from our World Headquarters office once per month to several times a week. The specific days in the office are determined by managers based on business requirements. Rotary is under the jurisdiction of Illinois employment laws; we require all employees to live within reasonable daily commuting distance to Evanston.

Overview

The Solutions Architect supports one or more product teams by designing solutions that meets the needs of Rotary International's external and internal products. The Solutions Architect is a technology leader who will be responsible for architecting solutions for various business functions within Rotary. The architect will work along with the Product Manager to exercise end-to-end accountability for the solution to ensure quality outcomes while adhering to technology architecture standards. You will drive the definition and evolution of the organizations' solutions architecture by contributing to the establishment of design patterns and guidelines.

You Will Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of progressive related work experience.
• Experience with front end development using C#, React, CSS, and HTML required
• Provide leadership and cross-functional digital product standards as applied throughout the product delivery teams
• Collaborate with various domain experts to support the company's strategic initiatives such as cloud adoption and participant experience
• Experience in designing architectural standards in at least two of the following areas :
