Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a temporary, part-time position, 20 - 24 hours per week through end of year with the potential for full time permanent.

Location : Hawthorne, NY

Pay : $23-27 / hr

Responsibilities :

• Posting and processing journal entries to record business transactions.
• Entering invoices accurately and ensuring that expenses are accurate and appropriate by verifying that expenditures were approved by management and that merchandise and services were received.
• Managing accounts payable.
• Performing bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
• Gathering invoices and maintaining organized financial records.
• Handling other accounting projects as needed.
