Legal Collector Specialist

A company is looking for a Legal Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Make a minimum of 80 outbound / inbound calls to collect outstanding balances

Negotiate payment in full or establish payment arrangements with debtors

Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes and escalate high-risk accounts as necessary

Required Qualifications :

Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry; Excel skills preferred

Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus

Basic math and writing skills are required

Dependable with strong work ethics and integrity
