Position Summary : Lead Sales Associates are pivotal in executing various sales-related tasks while also shouldering managerial responsibilities.

They engage in typical sales duties such as addressing customer inquiries, replenishing shelves, arranging displays, processing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness.

Additionally, they oversee staff duties, offer constructive feedback, and serve as the go-to resource for escalated customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead in maintaining store inspection standards, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks, and promptly addressing urgent matters by collaborating with store management.
• Deliver prompt and courteous service, employ upselling techniques, and promptly report any issues to management.
• Handle incoming shipments / orders and ensure timely stocking.
• Adhere to daily operational protocols for store cleanliness, organization, and inventory management. Regularly inspect equipment and facilities for optimal functionality and cleanliness.
• Conduct daily tasks such as cigarette counts and accurate cash register operations, while adhering to company policies.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new sales associates, participate in scheduling, and support resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, merchandising guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and contribute to a safe work environment by reporting incidents and adhering to safety procedures.
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate self-direction and motivation.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Minimum six months of retail or customer-focused experience.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic and English language skills.
• Availability for varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
