Job Description :
- Oversee the company's overall channel sales strategy and objectives to drive revenue through indirect sales channels.
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic channel partners, such as resellers, system integrators, and distributors.
- Will lead a team, set performance goals, and work to enhance partner performance and alignment with company objectives.
Key responsibilities :
Strategy & planning : Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy, including co-marketing business plans, and set short- and long-term sales objectives.Partner and Reseller management : Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of channel partners.Sales & performance : Drive revenue through channel partners, set sales targets, and evaluate the effectiveness of partner programs and sales initiatives.Internal collaboration : Work closely with direct sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.Process & systems : Implement and streamline CRM processes and sales automation platforms for channel sales.Analysis : Conduct post-program ROI analysis to gauge effectiveness and provide input into the budget.Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Experience in building reseller, referral and partner relationships from ground up.Experience selling technology to multiple stakeholders, across varying departmental functions.Who you are :
