Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries regarding travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activitiesDeliver professional customer service through phone, email, and online platformsResearch, prepare, and present travel options that align with client preferencesAssist with reservations, booking confirmations, and itinerary managementMaintain accurate records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfactionStay informed about industry updates, promotions, and supplier resourcesCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences
