Required Qualifications

4+ years in performance marketing or creative production

Experience with AI-driven creatives and generative tools

Proven track record of iterating and scaling creatives for mobile apps / B2C subscription-based products

Proficiency in production tools like Final Cut, CapCut, and After Effects

Understanding of beauty / skincare industry trends is a plus
