Our DataBank Operations facility is seeking 3 new team members to join the Document Processing Validation & Quality Control Production Team. This position will be responsible for the full production document cycle, including Document Prepping, Scanning, Classification, and Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
Primary Responsibilities Include :
Remove clips, staples, rubber bands from documents.
Organize assigned pages into logical documents and determine appropriate attachments.Record or log date, time or other information requested.Maintain page break formats, and the integrity and proper conditions of client material.May complete correction sheet.Scanning :Efficiently scan documents and complete projects per the job specifications.
Operate and maintain scanners in accordance with specifications and regulations.Complete minor maintenance on the scanner when needed.Maintain a neat and clean area around the scanner.Complete necessary paperwork neatly and accurately.Maintain established production quotes and project standards.Classification :Physically identifying document types and separating them according to manager instructions.
Document types include but are not limited to correspondence, checks, undelivered mail, subpoenas, affidavits, etc.Quality Control / Assurance :Conduct quality checks on documents.
Verifying the accuracy of document classification.Ensure documents are validated for all patient information and data points.Follow instructions and communicate with supervisor or trainer when appropriate to ensure customer expectations are met.Qualifications :
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate.1-2 years of Document Prepping and QC / QA experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office products.Maintain confidentiality of client information per client guidelines.Strong attention to detail.Ability to meet attendance and punctuality requirements.Ability to work independently in a team environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to resolve problems promptly, accurately, and in such a way as to prevent future problems.Ability to perform high levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis.Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.Information Security Requirements :
