A company is looking for a Senior Legal Operations Manager responsible for optimizing the efficiency and performance of a major practice group within the Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure successful delivery of operational processes aligned with practice group and department strategy

Develop and implement best practices to streamline workflows and measure operational performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred

7+ years of related work experience, preferably in the insurance industry

Strong understanding of legal technology or related solutions
