Regional Facilities Manager

Summary of Responsibilities

The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance, repair, renovations, and upgrades of all existing and future company-owned properties in New Jersey (NJ) and Delaware (DE). Current oversight includes three restaurant properties and two retail centers. This role ensures operational continuity, compliance with company standards, and protection of long-term property value.

Primary Responsibilities

Restaurant Properties (3 Locations)

Building / Equipment / Parking Maintenance

• Conduct monthly and quarterly site inspections.
• Verify scheduled preventative maintenance is performed on all equipment.
• Ensure restaurant management adheres to company facility standards and specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact restaurant operations.
• Negotiate and submit all facilities contracts to the corporate office for signature.
• Provide concise weekly status reports to the CEO.
