Vice President of Technology (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative technical solutions for government healthcare programs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Act as the technical authority for software development best practices, architecture, testing, and infrastructure decisions.
• Oversee corporate IT functions, including cybersecurity compliance, certifications (e.g., NIST, CMMC, ISO), and internal IT operations.
• Partner with business development and strategy teams to define and deliver technology solutions for new opportunities, proposals, and major programs.
• Manage and mentor technical teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
• Develop metrics and processes to track technology implementation effectiveness, system performance, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation across solutions and corporate systems.
