Fire Testing Solutions (FTS) is a fast-growing fire alarm construction and service company looking to double in size. We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager who is ready to take ownership, build and lead their own team, and help us scale.
Job Description :
Manage multiple fire alarm construction projects from planning to closeout
Hire, train, schedule and lead a team of technicians
Collaborating with the executive team on company growth strategy and process improvement
Interface with general contractors, AHJs, and inspectors to ensure code compliance and client satisfaction
Ensure profitability by reviewing bids, scopes, and forecasts
Oversee scheduling, budgets, safety, and quality control
Drive operational excellence and streamline workflows between sales, engineering, and field operations
