Vice President, US FP&A
We're looking for a seasoned finance leader to shape and scale Zip's FP&A function in the US. Reporting to the US CFO, you'll set the strategy, build the operating model, and partner with US and Global leadership to deliver planning discipline, financial insight, and decision support at scale.
This role requires both range and depth from building models in the weeds to shaping strategy with the CFO, CEO, and Board. You'll bring structure and foresight to a fast-changing business, embedding unit economics and performance discipline while guiding growth, risk, and investment decisions.
In the first year, you'll stand up a disciplined forecast cadence, deliver clear and actionable executive reporting, and strengthen succession planning around key growth and risk levers. Longer term, you'll scale the FP&A team, introduce best-in-class tools and processes, and influence how Zip allocates capital and invests for sustainable growth.
