IT Project Analyst
KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a remote IT Project Analyst.
Essential Functions : -Review, analyze, and develop project financials under the guidance of the Manager, IT Planning and Control.
- Gather information and forecast remaining monthly expenses for FY24, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial projections.
- Reconcile financial data to appropriate source documents, maintain comprehensive "work papers," and document assumptions for transparency and audit purposes.
- Calculate accruals and execute expense transfers in adherence to established financial procedures.-Demonstrate a strong understanding of capitalization rules and comply with Corporate Accounting's capitalization guidelines.
- Prepare presentation materials for various meetings, providing clear and concise information to stakeholders.-Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and the Manager, IT Planning and Control to align financial strategies with project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems preferred-1+ years experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in project financial management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.-Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting regulations.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under minimal supervision.-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
