Acumatica Services Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a catalyst for change, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement efforts for your team and clients.

Lead workforce planning, including onboarding of new staff.

Conduct quarterly employee performance reviews.

Participate in strategic planning and budget discussions at quarterly Acumatica Business Unit sessions.

Core Duties :

Develop and execute project plans for international Acumatica implementations.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline business processes.

Coordinate issue resolution strategies with Acumatica consultants.

Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures.

Lead training sessions and develop documentation for new processes.

Oversee software development and customization projects.

Drive Business Intelligence initiatives for reporting solutions.

Manage help desk ticket assignments and customer service needs.

Promote subscription services and oversee program execution.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation experience, ideally with Acumatica in manufacturing or distribution settings.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects across technical and functional areas.

Experience in team management, customer relations, and vendor / supplier coordination.

Proficiency in Finance, Accounting, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Logistics.
