Salary : $195,000 – $215,000

A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Wilmington office. The firm’s Real Estate and Land Use team advises clients on complex transactions and regulatory matters across the country, representing developers, financial institutions, investors, and corporations in all aspects of real estate law.

About the Role

The Real Estate Associate will work as part of a collaborative, multi-state team providing counsel on commercial and residential real estate matters. The position offers the opportunity to engage in significant client contact, manage diverse projects, and contribute to high-profile real estate and land use matters from start to finish.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Real Estate and Land Use practice group, you will :

• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, easements, and loan documents.
• Assist with lending, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Conduct title and survey review and manage real estate closings.
• Prepare and present land use and administrative hearing applications.
• Conduct legal research and support development projects before government agencies.
• Contribute to real estate-related litigation, including tax assessment appeals, land use disputes, and condemnations.
