Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is actively seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to deliver a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions. This opportunity offers a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians who can provide 25+ hours of availability each week.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Georgia who are eager to make a meaningful impact and grow with us. Our interests are particularly in candidates who :

• Are willing to conduct 25+ therapy sessions per week
• Are behavioral health generalists (open to working with couples / children, with our support)
• Value autonomy while enjoying team collaboration
• Are interested in clinical leadership or supervisory positions
• Embody strong character, valuing integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Required Qualifications :

Compensation :

Up to $97,000 based on licensure type, level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
