Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on building and maintaining internal development platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team responsible for core development infrastructure platforms

Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of supported services, meeting or exceeding SLAs

Collaborate with security and engineering teams to embed best practices across the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering

3+ years of experience managing engineering teams

Hands-on experience with Terraform Enterprise, GitHub Enterprise, Nexus, and SonarQube

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Proficiency in infrastructure as code and CI / CD pipeline design
