This position will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business development objectives by enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

The Director of HR will be responsible for onboarding, benefits, employee relations, training, performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition within the BD group.

We are seeking candidates with proven experience supporting a BD team in the CRO / CMO / CDMO space. Global experience is a plus.
