Administration Manager
This is a HIGH GROWTH role located on-site in Hackensack, NJ*
Administrative Manager (individual contributor, for now) for a family law firm that is growing more than 300% annually. Included title and pay are introductory.
Coachability, work ethic and self-worth are imperative.
This role will evolve into a Director opportunity including nearly doubled compensation within 2 to 3 years.
Huge opportunity to learn, help build and grow an organization exponentially as a direct supporter and collaborator to the C-Suite.
Role is ON-SITE . No exceptions. That said, we don't babysit people's hours. Salaried role with average work week between 35 to 45 hours.

Responsibilities :
Job Responsibilities :
- 1st Stage (initial six months) : To learn, support and eventually manage administrative duties (similar to an office manager) - become a subject matter expert on all inner workings of the firm including legal administration, new employee onboarding and general operational processes and platforms
- 2nd Stage (6 to 18 months) : To include Stage 1 and help manage the firm's entire growth initiatives including both legal and non-legal personnel departments.
Support and assist C-level with strategy rollout, new tools, resources and training, etc.
- 3rd Stage : To include Stages 1 and 2 with direct inclusion of shaping policy and strategy with executive team
- Overall education of the role will enable the player to take on operational management roles in any industry - although the goal is to stay with the firm indefinitely
