What You'll Do as a Private Duty Caregiver :

As a

Private Duty Caregiver , you will provide personalized, compassionate care to improve the quality of life for your clients. Your key responsibilities will include :

Personal Care : Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other essential tasks.

Companionship : Engage clients with activities such as reading, games, and music.

Meal Prep & Light Housekeeping : Ensure a clean and safe living environment for your clients.

Medication Reminders : Help clients stay on track with their health routines.

Transportation : Assist clients with errands and medical appointments.

Specialized Care : Support clients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, or Parkinson’s care.

Mobility Assistance : Provide mobility support using gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

What We're Looking For in a Private Duty Caregiver :

Compassionate & Reliable : You must have a passion for helping others.

Experience in Personal Care : Hands-on experience with seniors is required.

Open Availability : Flexibility is important as we offer various shifts.

Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle : You must have auto insurance.

Physical Ability : Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Background Check : All candidates must pass a background screening.

English Proficiency : You should be able to speak, read, and write in English.

High School Diploma or GED : Required.
