Responsibilities
- World-Class service for Home Builder accounts
- Weekly communication with Builder Sales Consultants
- Educated and Pre-Qualify Leads
- Lead & Sales Pipeline Management
- Proactive communication with Team Members
- Site visits
- Take loan applications
- Attend closings
Qualifications
- Active NMLS ID
- Minimum 2 years of experience originating purchase loans
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized
- Clear communicator
- Willing to follow a proven process
Compensation
- $7.25 Hourly Rate + Commission
