A reputable and growing manufacturing organization in the Middlebury area is seeking a Billing Specialist to assist with a system data clean-up and billing transition project. This role will focus on maintaining data accuracy and supporting process improvements as the company migrates to a new ERP / MRP system.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys independent, focused work and thrives in a role that combines billing support, inventory accuracy, and data entry within a flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and reconcile billing and inventory data into the ERP / MRP system.
- Transfer information from manual records into updated software platforms.
- Review and verify pricing, billing details, and inventory accuracy.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies during system migration.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline billing and reporting processes.

Compensation : $41,600-$52,000 (based on experience)
