Job description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to drive manufacturing excellence across our regional operations. This role requires strong expertise in operational optimization, lean manufacturing, and innovative process improvements while maintaining quality and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategy Development : Define and implement a comprehensive manufacturing excellence strategy to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
  • Process Optimization : Lead initiatives for lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and enhanced production workflows to meet operational goals.
  • Performance Management : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement in production processes.
  • Training & Leadership : Develop capabilities of on-ground teams through training programs and build a culture of operational excellence.
  • Sustainability : Work towards integrating sustainable practices into manufacturing processes to align with environmental goals.
  • Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Compliance : Ensure all manufacturing operations adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing excellence, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
  • Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in multicultural and multi-geography environments, especially in Asia.
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.
