Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa provides affordably priced, top quality therapeutic massage, facial and hair removal services at convenient hours 7 days a week.

Our spa in Thousand Oaks has 4 out of 11 treatment rooms designated for facials. We have become the go to spa for the widest array of facial services in the Greater Thousand Oaks area.

We are currently seeking experienced, dependable, energetic, and friendly licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists to join our team!

We are currently looking to fill select full or part-time esthetician positions to support our constantly growing clientele.

We offer flexible days and hours, including weekends to work around your schedule. We are a family owed business and value you as much as we do our clients.

Licensed Estheticians we hire must possess excellent technical skills, with a dedication to service and the highest professionalism.

We provide an ongoing training program with Dermalogica, Image and Clarity products, uniforms, linen and supplies, fully articulating tables and a steady stream of clientele.

At Hand & Stone, you do the work you love and we take care of the rest!

Applicants must be a California licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with AT LEAST THREE YEARS SPA EXPERIENCE and should currently have insurance.

Proficiency in all types of facials including various types of peels, microdermabrasion, Diamond Glow, LED treatments, Nanoinfusion and remediation are required.

We will train you on Abbvie's phenomenal Diamond Glow machine that delivers immediate and noticeable results. Our clients love it! You will too! Understanding how to match the client's needs and skin type with services is required and the key to customer satisfaction and your success.

Compensation is :

A percentage of each total service performed

An hourly rate between appointments while on duty

Special incentives, all gratuities plus commission on Dermalogica, Image and Clarity product sales.

Free massage or facial monthly for full time therapists

Subsidized health insurance for full time employees

With our wide array of upgraded facial services, you should expect to earn up to $70+ / hour per service performed inclusive of tips.
