As a Payroll Associate, you'll be working with the Payroll Services team under the direction of the Senior Manager, Payroll Services and will be instrumental in shaping the impact as we grow in the Canadian market.
Your key focus areas will be :
Full cycle payroll processing for a variety of clientsBuilding lasting client relationshipsWork as a team to create efficiencies and improve processesBeing the SME when it comes to all things payroll complianceThis will include :
Independently respond to client ticketsIndependently run client payrollManage client portfolioHave clear understanding of concepts introduced during focused learning sessionsAble to navigate through various platforms and softwaresTo thrive at Employment Hero, you'll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you'll also bring :
1+ years of payroll experienceBilingual (French & English) preferredMust be PCP certified (or in the process of obtaining PCP)Must have processed 500+ employeesSelf-starter who has the ability to juggle and support multiple clients and meet tight deadlinesTech savvy and ability to pick up new platforms and software quicklyStrong communication skills with a customer service mindset and team mindsetSelf starter with a resourceful attitude when problem solving and dealing with ambiguityAnalytical and strategic thinker who looks for opportunities and spearheads innovation that will drive better process improvementsExperience working in a fast pace startup is an assetAt Employment Hero, we don't just talk about a better way to work - we live it.
