Skills : Securities Processing, Financial Systems, Financial Data, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) regulations, Transactions, Access Database

The Securities Processing Operations Specialist executes routine transactions with general supervision referring the most complex and risk related transactions to management. Detailed oriented, will be responsible for retrieving, counting, verifying, filing, and acknowledging physical certificate details in Access Database. Able to assess discrepancies, problems and gather information that must be escalated. Performs other miscellaneous job related duties as needed. Responsible for supporting the department adherence to AML / BSA policies and procedures set forth by various regulatory bodies.
