Field Sales Representative
Search underway for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our client, a leading provider of precision machining solutions, specializing in Swiss turning machines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Swiss turning machines and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Swiss turning machines
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience selling cutting tool inserts for Swiss machines is also desired
- Willingness to travel as required
Compensation and Benefits :
- $80,000 base salary plus commission
