Exciting opportunity available in Livonia, MI, US for an Entry-Level Financial Clerk at our dynamic financial firm. We are looking for a dedicated and attentive individual to join our team in this temp-to-hire position.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in handling day-to-day administrative duties, including managing phone calls, addressing emails, and organizing paperwork.
- Support in data entry tasks and ensuring accurate maintenance of client information in the database.
- Compile and distribute client reports and other necessary materials in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to verify information accuracy and completeness.
- Provide assistance to Agents and various departments as required.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent is a must, and having some college coursework in finance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, is required.
- Being detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently is a key attribute.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment is necessary.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are valued qualities for this position.
