Top Pay & Incentives :
- Drivers earn $0.55 per mile, loaded and empty
- Mileage bonus - paid on all miles that month

Requirements :
- 21 years of age minimum
- Valid CDL-A license
- 1 year of verifiable OTR experience in a sleeper cab
- Snow experience
- No speeding ticket for 19 or over the posted limit in the last 7 years
- No reckless / careless driving convictions in the last 5 years in a personal vehicle (never in a CMVA)
- No positive drug screens, refusals, or SAP in the last 3 years
