Shift : 2nd Shift, start time 4 : 30pm.

Shift Premium : .65 / hr.

Job Responsibilities :

• Candidate must have good attendance and safety adherence record.
• Position requires knowledge of Assembly Operations.
• Assisting Production with training- when the need arises (such as when operators are found working out of process- QI can perform work instruction review with operator to communicate correct job station steps.
• Floor walks to verify components are stored in production packaging correctly and in the correct location (parts stacked incorrectly, parts removed from production packaging, parts in the wrong location etc.).
• Verification of Red Rabbit Completions (TL’s perform Red Rabbits).
• Verification for First Piece Sheet Completion (QTs perform First Pc Checks).
• Auditing Operators compliance to Work instructions.
• Finished product audits.
• Lineside sorts for defective material.
• Great Interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer skills as they will need to send an end of shift report.
• Anything else deemed necessary by QM.
• Ability and discipline to work self-directed and part of Quality and Manufacturing team.
